What you’ll do:

Research target markets, audiences, and industry trends to build and expand a reliable network of high-value outreach contacts
Gather, maintain, and refine the database of potential clients, ensuring accurate organisation and integration within the CRM system
Develop and execute compelling outbound and inbound email marketing campaigns tailored to specific audience segments
Leverage and optimise work with tools like LinkedIn, AI-driven platforms, and other marketing technologies to enhance lead generation efforts
Set up, test, execute, and analyse email marketing workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Monitor, analyse, and report KPIs of campaigns to track success and identify opportunities for improvement
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in martech and AI-driven solutions

What You Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1+ year of hands-on experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Experience with outbound and/or inbound email marketing campaigns, including content creation and analytics
Proficiency in leveraging martech tools, including AI-driven platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing software
Strong analytical and online research skills
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised and creative with attention to detail
English language at least B2 level (written - advanced work proficiency)
