We’re a growing SaaS company delivering specialized software solutions to a global client base. As our product evolves, we're investing heavily in high-quality, structured documentation to support our customers, development team, and product managers.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Writer with a strong understanding of technical documentation, business analysis, and software development processes.
What You’ll Do
Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for:
End customers (how-to guides, product manuals)
Internal developers (technical specs, architecture docs, API docs)
Product managers (feature documentation, business workflows)
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to gather and clarify information.
Help standardize and structure our documentation process and tools.
Translate complex ideas into accessible, accurate, and engaging content.
Organize documentation for scalability and easy access (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, or Git-based docs).
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software or SaaS environment.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., Git, Swagger, REST APIs).
Experience writing for multiple audiences (e.g., customers, devs, stakeholders).
Bonus: background in business analysis or experience working with product teams.
Tools We Use
Markdown, Git, and code editors (e.g., VS Code)
Confluence / Google Docs
Jira, GitLab, REST API tools
Figma, Swagger/OpenAPI (optional)
